JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri H.G.S. Parihar, learned counsel for the Management states that in pursuance to the order of this Court salary bill has been prepared and forwarded to the DIOS for payment on 21.12.2005. But in spite of that the salary has not been paid to the petitioner as averred by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel states that he has got no instructions in the matter.
Since it is an old matter and the salary bill which was submitted in the year 2005 has not been complied with up till now and no payment has been made in pursuance thereof, the District Inspector of Schools, Pratapgarh is directed to appear before this Court on 19.01.2010.
List on 19.01.2010.
