Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Suresh Singh, learned Counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the final judgment and order dated 28.09.2020 passed in Writ - A No. 7355 of 2020 (Sri Ram Chaudhary v. State of U.P. & 4 others).
An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite party. It is stated in the aforesaid affidavit of compliance that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
This fact has also been admitted by learned counsel for the applicant.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition.
The contempt application is dismissed.
