K.P.Yashoda, HCGP. for R2) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of CR.P.C praying to quash the FIR in CR.NO.31/2019 dated:25.02.2019 at Annexure-A and the complaint in Cr.No.31/2019 dated:25.02.2019 at Annexure-B on the file of the Additional Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.) and JMFC-III, Bhadravathi for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 read with 149 of IPC and Sections 3,4 of D.P.Act.
This petition, coming on for admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned cousnel for the respondent – State, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, as on the date of granting interim order, charge sheet was filed and it was served on the petitoner on 01.07.2019.
2. In view of these facts and circusmtances of the case, petition does not survive for consideration.
3. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the matter is pending consideration before the Mediation Centre. However, this order would not come in the way of any mediation between the parties, in accordance with law.
