6. Ms. Shwetha H.V., D/o Vijayakumar H.V., Aged about 27 years, Residing at Hethur Village And Hobli, Sakaleshpura Taluk, Hassan District, Vijayanagara, Bengaluru – 560 045.
7. Sri.Srinath H.D., Son of Devaiah, Aged about 55 years, Residing at No.220, Brundavan Layout, Mysore – 572 018.
8. Sri.Suresh, Son of Dr.Suresh C., Aged about 58 years, Residing at No.40, 8th Cross, Vinoba Road, Vinayaka Nagar, Paduvarahalli, Mysore – 560 019.
9. Smt. Rashmi, Wife of Suresh, Aged about 52 years, Residing at No.40, 8th Cross, Vinoba Road, Vinayaka Nagar, Paduvarahalli, Mysore – 560 019.
10. Kum. Smitha, D/o Suresh, Aged about 25 years, Residing at No.40, 8th Cross, Vinoba Road, Vinayaka Nagar, Paduvarahalli, Mysore – 560 019.

2. Karnataka Housing Board, Represented by its Commissioner, 3rd and 4th floor, Cauvery Bhavan, K.G.Road, Bangalore – 560 009.

Prathima Honnapura, AGA for R1) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the R-2 to allot the residential house/sites in favour of these petitioners pursuant to the applications submitted by them in the layout formed and developed by the Respondent at Ootagahalli, Hawala, Chenchalagudu, Bengaluru – Kengeri, Suryanagar II Phase, Kesare or any other place/s in the nature of residential houses/sites of Group -3, LIG., MIG, HIG-I, HIG-II, E.W.S, Civic amenity sites, corner sites and any other houses/sites developed by the respondents and etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioners.
Smt.Prathima Honnapura, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent No.2.
2. Records perused. In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seek for a direction to respondent No.2 to allot the residential house/sites in favour of the petitioners pursuant to the applications submitted by them in the layout formed and developed by the Respondent at Ootagahalli, Hawala, Chenchalagudu, Bengaluru – Kengeri, Suryanagar II Phase, Kesare or any other place/s in the nature of residential houses/sites of Group -3, LIG, MIG, HIG-I, HIG-II, E.W.S, Civic amenity sites, corner sites and any other houses/sites developed by the respondents.
3. Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petitions with a direction that the competent authority shall consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioners, if not already decided, in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of.
