ORDER The matter having been passed over in the Morning Session, when called in the Afternoon Session, neither the petitioners nor their counsel present before the Court.
The order sheet discloses that, four opportunities have been granted to comply with the office objections. But, so far the office objections have not been complied with. This indicates that, the petitioners have no interest to prosecute the case. Therefore, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
