ORDER Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his application dated 20.02.2014 for grant of quarrying lease for quarrying building stone in Sy.No.95 of Halagera village, Yadgir Taluk, Yadgir District.
2. Petitioner submits that he has produced the `No objection Certificate’ issued by the Forest Department and the Revenue Department.
3. Learned AGA for the respondents submits that application submitted along with the `No Objection Certificate’ issued by the Forest and Revenue Departments is yet to be considered.
4. In the light of the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 20.02.2014 for grant of quarrying lease for quarrying building stone in Sy.No.95 of Halagera village, Yadgir Taluk, Yadgir District, and pass appropriate order within a period of eight weeks from today.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
