Learned SPP-II takes notice for respondent No.1 and submits that after completion of investigation, charge sheet is laid against the petitioner and the matter is pending on the file of IV Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru in C.C.No.4056/2018.
In view of his submission, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek for discharge before the trial court, the petition is dismissed. In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2016 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, I.A.No.1/2016 is disposed of.
