2 to pay the consolidated stipend of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) per month to the petitioner from 01.08.2016 to 30.10.2016 totally amounting to Rs.60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand) along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum as per the vide Government order dated:06.01.2017 as per Annexure-D.
This writ petition, coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Sri M.N.Sudev Hegde, learned advocate for the petitioner has filed a Memo of even date seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum.
2. Memo is placed on record. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach appropriate forum.
