THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Petitioners being the Judgment Debtors in Execution No. 67/2012 arising from the Judgment & Decree in O.S.No.186/1998 have invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court grieving against the order dated 08.08.2013, a copy whereof is at Annexure-A, whereby the learned Principal Civil Judge, Chickmagaluru, having allowed Decree Holder’s application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 has directed police protection for the implementation of the decree in question.
2. The case in Execution No.67/2012 from which the impugned order emanates having been closed, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the same stands disposed off. No costs.
