JUDGE, COURT OF SMALL CAUSES, BENGALURU, PARTLY DECREEING THE SUIT FOR RELIEF FOR EJECTMENT.
THIS CIVIL REVISION PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The parties to the petition have filed a joint memo dated 29-5-2019, which is signed by both the petitioner and respondent and they were also present before this Court. The petitioner and respondent were identified by their respective counsels. The joint memo reads as follows:
“The petitioner in the above case submit as hereunder:-
That the petitioner herein undertakes to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the suit schedule property within 3 months from the date of joint memo and agreed to hand over the keys of the suit schedule property for which the respondent has consented for the same.
WHEREFORE, the parties herein prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to record the joint memo and dispose of the petition as per Joint memo filed by the parties, in the interest of justices and equity.”
2. The joint memo is accepted. The petitioner is granted three months time from today to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the schedule property to the respondent. On expiry of three months, the petitioner shall hand over the vacant possession of the schedule property to the respondent.
Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is disposed off. In view of disposal of civil revision petition, I.A.No.1/2018 does not survive for consideration, the same is rejected.
