ORDER After arguing the matters for sometime, learned counsel for the appellants submit that he may be permitted to withdraw these appeals as not pressed with liberty to the appellants to file an appropriate application before the Appellate Authority.
2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellants, these appeals are dismissed as not pressed reserving liberty to the appellants to make necessary application before the Appellate Authority if it is permissible under law. If such an application is made by the appellants, it is for the Authority to pass appropriate orders therein.
3. In view of the dismissal of the main appeals, I.A.No.1/2018 does not survive for consideration and the same stands dismissed accordingly.
