2. Smt. Muniyamma, W/o. late Anjinappa, Aged about 72 years, Residing at Second Ward Thyagarajanagar, Kongadiyappa College Road, Doddaballapura Town – 560 164.
3. Smt. Geethamma, W/o. late Anjinappa, Aged about 57 years, Residing at Second Ward, Thyagarajanagar, Kongadiyappa College Road, Doddaballapura Town – 560 164. … Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the impugned order vide Annexure-E passed in O.S.No.230/2010 dated 15.07.2017 by the learned Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Doddaballapur and thereby allow the said application.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R After arguing the matter for sometime, Sri.H.V.Subramanya learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission in the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh application before the trial Court.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
