This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for orders this day, the court made by the following:
ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo contending that earlier the present petitioner has filed Crl.P.845/2017. The same was dismissed for non- compliance of office objections on 2.2.2018. He was not aware of the said dismissal order and as such the present fresh petition has been filed. Now he may be given liberty to recall the order dated 2.2.2018 and this petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
2. The said memo is taken on record. With liberty as prayed there under the present revision petition is dismissed.
I.A.1/19 and I.A.2/19 does not survive for consideration. The same are also disposed of.
