ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the petitions with liberty to adopt appropriate remedy as regards the quarrying lease granted to the petitioner in terms of the earlier consent order dated 26th August 2014 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.53804-53805/2013 c/w W.P.Nos.54034- 54035/2013.
2. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
All contentions of the parties are kept open.
