ORDER Heard Shri. Sharavana S., learned advocate for petitioner and Shri. V.G.Bhanuprakash, learned AGA for the respondents.
2. This writ petition is filed with a prayer to consider petitioner’s representation dated 18.02.2017 (Annexure- D) to furnish information with regard to use of explosives.
3. Shri V.G. Bhanuprakash, learned AGA, on instructions submits that said representation shall be considered in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. His submission is placed on record.
4. We accordingly dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider petitioner’s representation as per Annexure-D, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
