The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 15.09.2018 passed by the District Manager, Pradesh Co-opearative Federation (P.C.F) Ghazipur directing it to deposit a sum of Rs. 14649847.07 in the account of the U. P. Co-operative Federation Ltd. on account of non supply 559.150.200 metric ton of customs mill rice.
Matter requires consideration. List on 7th January, 2019.
Subject to deposit of 50% amount mentioned in the impugned notice by the petitioner before the next date of listing, the operation of the order dated 15.09.2018 shall remain stayed.
