RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATIONS OF THE PETITIONER VIDE ANNEXURE-H AND J DATED 23.09.2016 AND FURTHER RENEW THE LICENSE OF THE PETITIONER BEARING NO.599 AND 600 IN RESPECT OF SY.NO.71 TOTALLY MEASURING 1 ACRE 20 GUNTAS SITUATED AT DODDA ABBIGERE LIMITS, TALUK CHANNAGIRI, DISTRICT DAVANAGERE.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The only prayer made by the petitioner is to consider his representations/applications as per Annexures ‘H’ and ‘J’ dated 23.9.2016 for the purpose of renewal of licence.
2. The case of the petitioner is that before the expiry of the lease period, he made an application for renewal of lease and the same has not been considered. Under such circumstances, as a reminder, he submitted representations/applications as per Annexures ‘H’ and ‘J’ to the writ petition and the same also have not been considered.
3. Leaned counsel for the respondents submits that the applications would be considered if some time is granted.
4. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations/applications as per Annexures ‘H’ and ‘J’ and pass appropriate orders within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
