Manjunatha, Advocate for R5 & R6) **** This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representations of the petitioner at Annexures-D and E dated 20.07.2018 and 01.08.2018 respectively and take appropriate action for stopping and demolition of the illegal construction being carried out by respondents 5 and 6 on the schedule property and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER The petitioner has filed a memo dated 06.03.2019 seeking to withdraw the petition.
In view of the said memo, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
