Sri Suresh Chandra Dwivedi representing the sole respondent, has provided the copies of the orders dated 16 June 2017 and 11 December 2015 to Sri Shambhu Chopra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
According to Sri Dwivedi, the representations of the petitioner which were pending before the authorities have since been decided by the aforesaid orders.
Sri Chopra, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that this petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so advised, or to avail some other remedy as available under law.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
