THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Sri Chandra C., for Sri Balagangadhar G.S., learned counsel for petitioner.
Sri V. Shivareddy, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
The writ petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to respondent No.3-Sub-Registrar to complete the formalities with regard to registration of the sale deed dated 29.03.2011.
3. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to complete all the formalities with regard to registration of the sale deed and the writ petition be disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3-Sub-Registrar to register the sale deed dated 29.03.2011.
4. On the other hand, learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondents submits that, in case the petitioner completes all the formalities with regard to registration of the sale deed, suitable action in accordance with law shall be taken.
5. In view of the submission made and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty that in case the petitioner completes all the formalities with regard to registration of the sale deed dated 29.03.2011, the same shall be registered by the respondent No.3-Sub-Registrar. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
