ORDER Learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo submitting that in view of office objections raised regarding maintainability of this appeal, the counsel may be permitted to withdraw the appeal as not pressed and orders may be passed for returning the certified copies furnished along with the appeal memorandum.
2. Considering the submission of the counsel, memo is taken on record.
