Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the legal remedies available to him.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
