O R D E R When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Addl. SPP submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet is submitted before the Court.
2. Since learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to challenge the charge sheet as C.C. is not assigned, taking into consideration the submission made by learned Addl. SPP, the petition is dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet on such grounds available under law.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/16 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
