(By Sri.S T Naik, HCGP for R1) …Petitioner …Respondents 2 This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure praying to set aside order dated 27.08.2018, in SS.No.183/2017, passed by the LIX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge at Bangalore, with the condition that the petitioner shall deposit penalty amount of Rs.50,000/- (previous bail bond amount which has been forfeited) Condition No.2 for his release on bail and impose nominal penalty fine amount, pending on the file of the LIX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge CCH-60 at Bangalore.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal of the petition with a liberty to file fresh petition, invoking appropriate provisions of law.
