THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The petitioner is in judicial custody in Crime No.52/2017 registered by the respondent/Police. During the pendency of the petition, charge sheet is submitted to the Court.
2. The allegation is, the accused Nos.5 and 7 facilitated the accused Nos.1 to 4 and 6 by furnishing them fake marks cards. The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.12, made a deal with accused No.9, who was supplying fake marks cards to incumbents throughout the State. He along with accused No.9 have created fake marks cards to make illegal gain. Similarly placed four accused are granted bail.
3. Investigation since complete, there is no impediment to allow the petition.
The petition is allowed. The Petitioner is enlarged on bail in Crime No.52/2017 registered by the respondent/Police, subject to the following conditions:
(i) He shall execute a self bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one local surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court.
The surety shall not have antecedent of offering surety in criminal cases.
The surety shall furnish to the Court the original title deed of his immovable property and his Identity Card/Aadhaar Card for perusal.
(ii) He shall attend the Court regularly on all hearing dates;
(iii) He shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses.
