3. Petitioners have sought to quash the proceedings initiated by the respondent in Criminal Miscellaneous No.54/2015 before the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru.
4. It is verified from the High Court website that Criminal Miscellaneous No.54/2015 is disposed of by the Trial court by order dated 19.12.2015.
In view of the above facts, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
