ORDER The petitioner restricts his plea only for an early disposal of the matter before the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal.
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents. He has no objection for the same.
3. Even otherwise, we find that the early disposal of the matter before the Tribunal would not infringe on the legal rights of the respondents. Hence, while disposing off the petition, Karnataka Administrative Tribunal is directed to dispose off Application Nos.348 – 349 of 2019 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order subject to the submission of the statement of objections or records or any other material by the respondents.
