This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for Admission, this day the Court made the following:-
O R D E R I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1-State. Respondent No.2 though served, remained absent.
During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner-accused submitted that he may be given liberty to urge all the grounds during the course of trial and with that liberty the petition may be disposed of.
The said submission has been placed on record and the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
