O R D E R Ag.CJ (Oral):
1. This writ petition is directed against an interlocutory order dated 20.09.2017 passed by the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal in Application No.5426 of 2017; the order reads as follows:-
“Dr KBJ(C) 20-9-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.
There is no good ground to grant interim order without reply from respondent.
Granted four weeks time to file reply statement.”
2. We find no ground to interfere with the above interlocutory order passed by the Tribunal. However, we direct the Tribunal to consider the interim prayer within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Petition disposed of.
