ORDER A memo dated 28.08.2019, is filed by the learned counsel for the respondent – accused, enclosing a copy of the order dated 19.08.2019, passed by the learned Single Judge in R.P.No.303 of 2019. In terms of the said order, stay of the operation and execution of the impugned order therein was granted till the next date to hearing. The impugned order therein is the very order of the learned Single Judge in the present petition. Since the impugned order of stay is granted, we do not find any ground to proceed further. The contempt petition is dropped.
Liberty is always reserved to the Complainant to file a fresh petition based on the outcome of the review petition.
