V.Shivareddy, HCGP) …Respondents These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the endorsement dated 20.08.2018 and 28.08.2018 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Dharwad and Additional Deputy Commissioner, a copy of which is produced at Annexure-J, J1 respectively and direct the respondents to reconsider the case of the petitioners to appoint them archakship of Sri Kukkuvadeshwari Devi Temple, Ammanagudda, K ganadakatte Village, Joladalu Hobli, Channagiri Taluk, Davangere District and etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file fresh writ petitions, if so advised.
The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
