O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 31.10.2019 seeking to withdraw the present petition, in view of the fact that the civil disputes between the petitioner and the third respondent having been compromised in respect of the agricultural property situated at Nelamangala.

3. Accordingly, the criminal revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
