Since the learned counsel for the petitioners expired, Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioners. The notice sent to the 1st petitioner was served and the 2nd petitioner refused to receive the same.
Today, when the case is called none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf.
Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
