THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The short grievance of the petitioner is against non- consideration of his representation dated 06.09.2019, a copy whereof is at Annexure-F, which is made seeking redressal of his service grievance.
Sri.M.V.Ramesh Jois, learned AGA accepts notice for respondent and opposes the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has to approach the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal.
2. In reply the petitioner submits that his grievance is too short to be little and therefore, the writ jurisdiction being plenary in nature, a direction be issued to the respondent to consider the representation in accordance with law. There is force in this submission.
In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed off directing the respondent-Government to consider petitioner’s aforesaid representation within a period of six weeks in accordance with law.
All contention of the parties are kept open.
