ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned HCGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned counsel for respondent No.3 to 5 and learned counsel for respondent No.6.
2. Petitioners are before this Court being aggrieved by the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 16.03.2019.
3. Today learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 5 submits that the said impugned proceedings have been withdrawn as it was subsequently brought to the notice of the 3rd respondent that the same is contrary to an earlier direction issued by this Court.
4. In that view of the matter, the relief sought in the writ petitions having been answered, the petitions are rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
In the light of the disposal of the main petition, consideration of I.A.No.1/2019 preferred by respondent No.6 does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
Learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 5 is permitted to place on record the copy of the proceedings said to have been drawn up today.
Petition is ordered accordingly. No order as to costs.
