Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri D.Singh, holding brief of Shri I.P.Singh, learned counsel for opposite parties no.2 and 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is similarly placed like those in Writ Petition No.168 (S/B) of 2010, therefore, the petitioner is also entitled to get the benefit of the order dated 22.02.2010 passed in that writ petition.

There appears no dispute in respect thereof. Hence it is directed that the interim relief granted in Writ Petition No.168 (S/B) of 2010 is also extended to the petitioner till the final decision on the issue in question.
