ORDER This petition is filed with a delay of 1222 days, seeking review of judgment and order dated 26th September 2015 passed in M.F.A. No.10257/2011.
2. Shri. Pundikai Ishwara Bhat, learned Advocate for petitioner submitted that petitioner had filed the application seeking withdrawal of the amount. At that point of time, he was advised by his Advocate to file a review petition. Accordingly, review petition has been presented.
3. The application, I.A. No.1/2019 seeking condonation of delay is resisted by the respondent – Corporation.
4. Having carefully considered the averments in the application and the arguments addressed, we are of the view that no sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay of 1222 days. In the circumstances, the application is liable to be rejected and it is accordingly rejected. Consequently, review petition also stands dismissed.
