(By Smt.V.S.Sreenidhi, AGA) ...Respondents This Writ Petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.06.2016 vide Annexure-L and another representation dated 03.06.2017 vide Annexure-M and direct the respondent No.2 and 3 to issue CL-9 License to the petitioner for the year 2017-2018 to the premises bearing No.164/263, Konappana Agrahara, Hosuru Road, Bengaluru by collecting the License fee for the year 2017-2018.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None appears for the petitioner.
Petitioner has sought for the following relief:-
a) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.06.2016 vide Annexure-L and another representation dated 03.06.2017 vide Annexure-M and direct the respondent No.2 and 3 to issue CL-9 License to the petitioner for the year 2017-2018 to the premises bearing No.164/263, Konappana Agrahara, Hosuru Road, Bengaluru by collecting the license fee for the year 2017-2018;
2. The concerned respondents No.2 and 3 have not acted on the petitioners representation for issuance of CL-9 License for the year 2017-2018 at premises bearing No.164/263, Konappana Agrahara, Hosuru Road, Bengaluru. Concerned respondents are hereby directed to pass a speaking order on petitioner’s representation and communicate the decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
