ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Perused the petition.
The petitioner has sought to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.4540/2015 pending on the file of III Additional CMM, Bengaluru, for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) read with Section 34 of IPC.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional SPP appearing for respondent No.1 submits that on conclusion of trial, the petitioner/accused is acquitted in C.C.No.4540/2015 by order dated 17.04.2018.
3. In view of the said submission, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
