THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Sri. R.B. Sathyanarayana Singh, learned Government Advocate filed a memo stating that the petitioner herein has challenged the Impugned Order No.ADM/1/CR/1033/13-14 dated 06.07.2015 passed by the respondent No.2 wherein he was transferred on deputation to Sri.Jarani Narasimhaswamy Temple, Bidar. During the pendency of the above writ petition, respondent No.2 has passed an order No.ADM/1/CR/1033/13-14, dated 20.02.2017 wherein the impugned order dated 06.07.2015 came to be withdrawn.
2. In terms of the memo filed, the prayer sought in the writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
