… RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO MAKE PAYMENT OF FINAL BILL DTD 16.07.2015 VIDE ANNX-G WITH INTEREST AT 18% FROM 16.07.2015 TILL PAYMENT AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Sampath Bapat, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.N.S.Sanjay Gowda, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondents to release the bill amount which is due and payable to the petitioner.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent No.2 with regard to his grievance.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent No.2 with regard to his grievance. Needless to state that if such a representation is made, the respondent No.2 shall decide the said representation in accordance with law by a speaking order within three months from the date of submitting such representation. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
