Kempanna, Advocate for R1 to R3) This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 05.04.2017 vide Annexure – B representation dated 04.04.2017 vide Annexure – C and representation dated 30.03.2017 and 31.03.2017 vide Annexures – D and E, respectively and etc.
This writ petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day, the court made the following:
ORDER Sri Kempanna, learned counsel is directed to take notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. Sri. Srikanth.M.P, learned counsel for the petitioner filed memo for disposal dated 25.05.2017, which reads as under:
“It is submitted that the petitioner is assured by the respondents’ company that they will not use the premises of the neighbor for installing trans receiver station or for installation of mobile tower but only for broad band switch room and also have handed over a letter dated 17.05.2017 and the said letter is enclosed herewith.
Wherefore in the light of the same also the petition may be disposed of in the ends of justice”.
3. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the memo dated 25.05.2017.
