THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Petitioner has sought for the following relief:
Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to consider the representation dated 07.08.2017 (Produced as Annexure- F) and representation dated 24.4.2017 (produced as Annexure-E) submitted by the petitioner.
Petitioner joined 2nd respondent – Corporation and has attained the age of superannuation and retired from service on 31.8.2009 after rendering 36 years of service. Certain contribution dues towards basic pay and dearness allowance from November 2005 till August 2007 was not extended, in this regard, petitioner has presented two representations on 24.4.2017 and 7.8.2017.
petitioner that whether petitioner is entitled to relief sought in the representation or not? Therefore, concerned respondents are hereby directed to take decision and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
