O R D E R This writ petition is directed against the order dated 01.07.2013 passed on IA No.4 in M.C.No.2746/2010.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the main M.C.No.2476/2010 is disposed of in the year 2017 itself. Hence, the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
3. Submission is placed on record.
4. In view of the said submission, writ petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
