THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 02.12.2017 and 04.12.2017 contained in Annexures J and K submitted by the petitioners and to take suitable action in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petitions with a direction that suitable action on the representations submitted by the petitioners, if not already decided shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits. Till the representations is decided, ad- interim order dated 04.01.2018 granted by a bench of this Court to continue.
Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
