ORDER When the matter had come up before this Court on 23.9.2019 for orders regarding non-compliance of office objections, this Court granted three weeks’ time, failing which the petition would be listed for orders on dismissal on 14.10.2019 and that is how, the matter is listed today.
2. Today when the case is called twice during the Pre-lunch Session and Post-lunch Session, none appears for the petitioner which clearly indicates the neither the petitioner nor his Counsel is interested in prosecuting the case.
3. Accordingly, in terms of the order passed by this Court on 14.10.2019, writ petition is dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
