THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.5 to consider agricultural income from the petitioner and his family member’s lands as per the professional experts report dated 17.12.2013 produced as Annexure-C series.
2. On perusal of the record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner that in case a representation with regard to his grievance is made to the competent authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today, the same shall be decided by the competent authority in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such a representation.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
