ORDER Heard Shri Rahul Rai.K, learned advocate for the petitioners and Shri S. Chandrashekaraiah, learned HCGP for State.
2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the learned trial Judge to dispose of the proceedings in C.C.No.55902/2014 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, expeditiously, since the criminal case is of the year 2014.
3. Learned HCGP for the State assures cooperation for early disposal and submits that petitioners’ request may be considered.
4. Recording the submission of learned HCGP, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the proceedings in C.C.No.55902/2014 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order subject to causing no delay from their side.
5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
No costs.
