O R D E R The learned AGA has filed a memo along with enclosures stating that subsequent to filing the writ petitions, respondent No.3 has passed an order dated 27.8.2015. Against the said order, the petitioners have filed an appeal before the respondent No.2 and the respondent No.2 has passed an order dated 27.5.2016.
The memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, these writ petitions do not survive for consideration. Hence, they are dismissed as having become infructuous.
