3. In these petitions, the petitioner has challenged the validity of the order dated 24.05.2016 and 26.12.2017.
4. When the matters were taken up today, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that an application lies against the impugned order under Section 65(2) of the WAKF Act, 1995. The aforesaid submission is placed on record and the writ petitions are disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that if the petitioner submits an application before the Appellate Authority, the Appellate Authority shall decide the application on merits within three weeks from the date of receipt of such an application in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
